| Pre-registration for in-person attendance - SOLD OUT

We are now opening pre-registrations for in-person attendance at the upcoming congress in Paros, Greece.
Due to high demand and a strict 100-person limit, we can only confirm one participant per center at this stage.

If your pre-registration is accepted, you will receive a payment link as soon as possible.

• Registration fee: 390€ including all sessions, conference material, 7 coffee breaks and 5 lunches.

 

| Registration for virtual attendance 

Once the 100 in-person spots are filled, the organizing committee will offer a virtual participation option to allow as many colleagues as possible to attend the sessions and discussions.

All sessions will be streamed live from Paros and recorded for on-demand viewing.
Recordings will be available for one year, starting a few days after the conference.

• Registration fee: 200€
• Platform access details will be shared a few days before the event.

FOR REGISTRATION : Registration refunds are accepted only until Monday, 16 march 2026. After this date, no refund of the registration fee will be possible. 

 

 

| Accommodation  

A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the conference venue - PAROS AGNANTI HOTEL (see "meeting venue" tab)
When receiving the registration payment link, our Greek travel agency will help you in booking your accommodation onsite or find hotel alternatives in Paros island.

 

 

FOR ACCOMODATION : 

• Free changes or cancellations (with full refund of deposit) are allowed up to November 30, 2025.
• From December 1, 2025 to March 10, 2026, cancellations will incur a 40% charge of the total booking amount.
• Less than 60 days before arrival, cancellations will incur a 70% charge of the total booking amount.
• Early departures will be charged 100% of the remaining balance of the original reservation.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
